Chicken meat production was 200 thousand 77 tonnes, hen egg production was 1.74 billion units
In November, hen egg production increased by 6.8%, chicken meat production increased by 1.4%, number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 1.2% while turkey meat production decreased by 1.4% compared with the same month of the previous year. In January-November period, number of the slaughtered chicken increased by 9.8%, chicken meat production increased by 8.7%, turkey meat production increased by 7.5% and hen egg production increased by 2.5% compared with the same period of the previous year.
Hen egg production declined by 1.7% in November compared to the previous month and decreased from 1 billion 766 million 165 thousand units to 1 billion 736 million 724 thousand units.
