Minister of Trade Mr. Bolat announced on his social media account that the temporary restriction on lemon exports has been lifted.
Minister Bolat, who evaluated with the participants the establishment of a balanced price formation in the lemon market, the provision of supply security and the point reached in export policies, stated that the demands and expectations of the producers and exporters were taken into consideration.
In this context, the temporary lemon export restriction previously imposed against possible supply shortages and price imbalances in the domestic market was lifted. The Ministry stated that they will continue to closely monitor price movements in the domestic market and that the necessary inspection activities will continue uninterruptedly.
