Producer Price Index of Agricultural Products (Agriculture-PPI) increased by 62.56% annually and decreased by 1.13% monthly.
Agriculture-PPI (2015=100) on the previous month decreased by 1.13%, on December of the previous year increased by 44.93%, on same month of the previous year increased by 62.56% and on the twelve months moving averages basis increased by 85.35% in October 2023.
Fibre plants with %13.71 and cereal (except rice), leguminous crops and oil seeds with 21.20% were the subgroups that indicated low annual increase. On the other hand, oleaginous fruits with 168.05% and grapes with 164.52% were the subgroups where high annual increases realized. Citrus fruits with 19.08% was the only subgroup that indicated annual decrease.
Vegetables and melons, roots and tubers with 8.04% and pome fruits and stone fruits with 6.66% were the subgroups that indicated high monthly decrease. Other tree and bush fruits and nuts with 65.28% and oleaginous fruits with 35.65% were the subgroups that indicated high monthly increase.
