It has been reported that within the scope of the Communiqué on the Export of Some Agricultural Products, a restriction was imposed on the export of fresh potatoes and onions. It was stated in the article that it was decided that Phytosanitary Certificate and/or Health Certificate would not be issued for export applications to be made in order to ensure food supply security, except for some exemptions.
