Milk collected by integrated dairies was 911 thousand 760 tonnes
The amount of cow's milk collected by dairy enterprises increased by 6.2% in March compared with the same month of the previous year and increased by 3.8% in the January-March period compared with the same period of the previous year.
In March, compared with the same month of the previous year, drinking milk production increased by 10.9%, cheese production from cow's milk increased by 3.4% and yoghurt production increased by 2.9%; drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreased by 2.9% and butter production decreased by 28.2%.
