TMO announced that it started selling 27 thousand tons of shelled hazelnuts.

In order to ensure that the export of shelled hazelnuts, one of the most important items of our agricultural exports, is not interrupted, and to contribute to the economy of our country and the region by regulating the markets.
Approximately 27 thousand tons of shelled hazelnuts in our company's stocks, as of 16.04.2024, at prices of 130,00 TL/Kg for 2023 crop Levant quality shelled hazelnuts, 124,00 TL/Kg for 2022 crop Levant quality shelled hazelnuts, with 50 percent intact kernels. It was put up for sale on a cash basis, excluding VAT, on a hazelnut basis, using the book-building method.
In the statement recorded that the sales will be made by Trabzon, Ordu, Samsun and Sakarya General Directorates, "Companies will apply in writing to our General Directorate from which they wish to purchase products until the end of working hours on April 22, 2024, along with a receipt showing that they have deposited 10 percent of the price corresponding to the amount of product requested to their TMO accounts.
Deliveries will be made to the companies that have paid the price as of April 24, 2024.
