Cumin prices are ruling at historically high rates. Unfavorable weather conditions in cumin growing areas of Gujarat and Rajasthan had damaged the crop due to which there is a huge gap between its demand and supply. This large deficit of cumin in the current season has constantly pushed up the prices. The trend from here may depend on the availability of Cumin from the other producing countries. However, prices for Indian Cumin to move up from here looks difficult.
SYRIA Short crop with high in pricing. Prices are already messed up. talking very high at Syria. USD 1000/ton increase in a short time in prices.
TURKIYE Season not yet start, expect mid of July normally but may late due to rains.
